The home inspection is an examination of the exterior and interior of residential property including the grounds, the structure, and the mechanical systems to determine structural defects, broken components and damage due to water, wear and tear, and other conditions. Buying a home is exciting, however, some houses may have some minor or major problems. The home inspection will reduce your risk and make the buying process less stressful and easier. The inspector will also address the positive points of the house and suggest maintenance to keep it in good condition. We recommend that our customers be present during the inspection so they are free to ask any questions regarding the house. Sellers may want to have an inspection before placing a property on the market. The seller can better assess the property's value and correct any defects that might impair a sale, and avoid problems at closing or at some later time. Lenders may also require a home inspection as part of the mortgage application process to learn about any current or potential problems that may affect its value. |
